Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservations


  • All room rates are nightly and based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is subject to a $30.00 additional charge per night
  • Children under 5 years old stay free
  • Pets are welcome at Rainbow Ranch Lodge. If you are traveling with your pet, there is a $40 charge per dog ($60 for up to 2 dogs). The pet fees will be posted to the room at check-in. Please indicate to the front desk team if you are bringing an animal on-site. Owners are responsible for any excessive damage incurred by pet. Pets may not be left unattended in rooms at any time
  • We require a 50% deposit on your lodging and tax at the time of booking. We will process the remaining balance 30-days prior to your arrival date. All rates are subject to a 4% resort tax and an 8% bed tax.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM. An early check-in fee of $75.00 will apply if you would like to arrive early and we are able to accommodate your request.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A late check-out fee of $75.00 will apply if you would like to stay longer and we are able to accommodate your request.
  • Rollaway beds may be requested, but cannot be accommodated in certain room types. A $30.00 charge applies to rollaway bed requests.
  • Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after hours.

Cancellations


  • Should cancellation become necessary up to two-weeks prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit in full.
  • Should you need to cancel within the two weeks of your arrival or leave before your confirmed departure date, you will be responsible for room and tax for the entire time reserved.
  • The balance of your deposit is due 30-days prior to your arrival date and will be charged automatically to the card on file.
