Making your appointment
We recommend scheduling your spa appointments a minimum of three weeks prior to your arrival for the widest selection of treatments, services and appointment times. Outpost Retreat services are guaranteed with a credit card or room confirmation number. Call 1-800-937-4132 to schedule.
Arriving for your appointment
We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment to prepare for your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
