Making your appointment
We recommend scheduling your spa appointments a minimum of three weeks prior to your arrival for the widest selection of treatments, services and appointment times. Outpost Retreat services are guaranteed with a credit card or room confirmation number.
Arriving for your appointment
We invite you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled spa appointment to prepare for your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of when you begin. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. No-show appointments will be charged in full.
