RAINBOW RANCH POLICIES


Reservations

  • All room rates are nightly and based on double occupancy.
  • All cabin rates are nightly and based on 6-person occupancy.
  • Each additional person is $30.00 per night.
  • Children under 5 years old stay free.
  • Dogs are welcome at -RR and will receive their own bed, water bowl, and treats. Advance notice is required and a $40.00 per night additional fee will apply. Not available in all rooms.
  • We require 50% of your lodging and tax at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rates subject to a 3% resort tax and 7% bed tax.
  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm, an early check-in fee of $40.00 will apply if you would like to arrive early.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 am, a late check-out fee of $40.00 will apply if you would like to stay longer.
  • Front Desk hours are 7:00 am - 11:00 pm (in season) and 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (off season). Please make arrangements, in advance, for all after hour arrivals or departures.

Cancellations

  • Should cancellation become necessary 30 days or more before your arrival date, we will refund one-half of your deposit.
  • Should cancellation become necessary 30 days or less before your arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited and no refund issued.
  • Should you need to leave prior to the end of your stay, you will be responsible for the entire time reserved.

General Information

  • All guest rooms as well as the main lodge offer free access to wireless internet.
  • Our on-site restaurant is extremely popular, and advance reservations are recommended.
  • Rainbow Ranch Lodge is a smoke free property.
  • The hotel is open year round; however, the restaurant is seasonal. Please call for exact dates.
  • Due to the remote Gallatin Canyon location, most cell phones do not receive reception on our property.
  • The Rainbow Ranch Lodge is located in Big Sky, approximately 45 miles south of Bozeman and the Gallatin Field Airport. We recommend guests rent a vehicle for ease and mobility during their stay.
